Measure from base of neck to base of tail and then match size below to your dog.
Small measures 10 -14 inches / 25.4 - 35.6 cm (This will fit a 12 pound Maltese for example)
Medium measures 14 - 19 inches / 35.6 - 48.3 cm (the medium size jumps up a bit compared to the Small Size, so we recommend this will fit dogs better at the upper medium size recommendation)
